Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Here at North Star Hostel we do our best to make you feel warm and welcomed. We do ask that you respect our house rules.

Curfew is at 11 pm (2300) Although I will make exceptions for guests. Just be courteous to others and not be so loud when coming back.
Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in expulsion from the premises.
The safety & security of guests on premise are a top priority.
You should have your passport ready, on hand, to be logged in file for your safety and ours.

Hosté chválí neuvěřitelně přátelský a ochotný personál, který jde nad rámec běžných povinností, dokonce pomáhá s organizací cest. Location is perfect, so close to bus terminal. Service is very nice and kind. Staffs are proactive to buy tickets to Valbona. Packed breakfast for bus trip in the morning. Room is big and comfortable When I come back to Shkoder, sure I will come back to North Hostel

Epic hostel! Such nice facilities and only a quick 10-15 minutes to walk to the center of town. Haris (the owner) is a great guy who will help you out exploring the area, making arrangements, or whatever you need. Thanks for having us!

Unfortunately the hostal didnt have our reservation, and the woman made it feel like it was our fault as we booked through hostalworld she said. We shouldnt book there. No apologies, just an awkward conversation where the only room left for the night, a suite room, was more expensive than what we paid for at the platform. After a while she finally accepted the price, yet without taking responsibility for the error.
