Felt so dirty and unclean, slept in a 4-bed shared room and it stunk of sweat, dirty uncomfortable beds, windows and walls as well. The kitchen was also very unclean. Felt a bit unsafe as well.

Location was fairly good. Walkable to Metro. Perth has a great Metro. You can Metro and walk from airport. Security around building was good enough. 24 hour outside door locked with key code. Staff was good but limited hours. Facilities were clean. However, lots of stains and oopsies. My bed had some type of massive wee wee, birthing, or extra-caricular activity staingage. kitchen super dirty and guest not carrying to clean after themselves. girls bathroom was clean and tidy. the bed blanket are super duper thin worst part was staff coming into dorms in the morning violating people privacy waking people in their bed... i know it's a hostel, but human dignity and personal space apply everywhere... we were waken up and asked to prove our booking. the two people concerned actually had several days booking so that was just so rude, unnecessary and disrespectful.
