Cancellation Policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

House Rules*
- The entry of people not registered in the room or apartment is not allowed.
- Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
- Starting at 11:00 PM, the doors will be locked from the inside.
- For the safety of all guests, entry will not be allowed after this time.
- Those who use the kitchen must leave it clean and tidy so that other guests can use it. Please clean up any spills or splashes you may cause.
- Washing clothes in the rooms is prohibited.
- We offer a laundry service at an additional cost of 10 soles per kilo.
- Respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You must respect the rest of other guests by keeping the TV volume low and avoiding loud noises.
- It is strictly FORBIDDEN to throw paper into the toilet, as this can block the plumbing and sewage system.
