5. **Cancellation Policy**:
- Cancellations made 3 days or more before the arrival date: Free
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the first night

6. **Age Restriction**: Guests must be 17 years old or older.

7. **No Smoking**: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

8. **Pets**: Pets are not allowed.

We regret to inform you that complimentary breakfast is not available at this time.
While we do not organize parties ourselves, guests are welcome to enjoy informal gatherings during their stay.
Handmade maps are currently unavailable.

Please note that a new accommodation tax has been implemented as of April 1, 2020:
- For accommodation charges under JPY 20,000 per person per night, the tax is JPY 200 per person per night.
The tax must be paid directly at the lodging facility.
