I arrived at 6 am and could store my luggage for free prior to check-in as well as get a couple of hours of sleep in the waiting room. An overall clean and neat property. Staff were super helpful with everything! The showers were really good, always had hot water and the pressure was really good! Bonus points for having shampoo and shower gel in the shower! Bed is quite hard, not the most social hostel, and could do with a waste bin in every room

I hade a very good stay! The staff was so nice and fixed a day trip to ha long bay for me and they also was able to change my bus to hoi an to the next day. You got a towel and the bed was nice. Breakfast was good and cheap!

Great place, particularly staff. The lady anh at the reception was great! There was a guy whose name I didn’t catch but he was also great and would help whenever I needed.
