This hostel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are great. But for reasons I don't fully understand, there is no social vibe here. Guests don't talk to each other. I don't know why, because management have designed the place perfectly, with nice common areas indoors and outdoors, where you would expect guests to gather and get to know each other. Maybe it's because the hostel is very small, so even when full there aren't many people. It is also in a very quiet, conservative area of the old central ci

Lovely hostel with everything you need. The beds in the dorm provide a lot of privacy and the whole property is spotlessly clean. Great wifi. I personally didn’t find it to be very social, however this isn’t the fault of the hostel and highly depends on the people staying there. They offer tours so you can meet people that way. It’s not too close to the centre so you do need to get gojek/grab unless you’re comfortable walking 20+ minutes most places. Great stay, the staff were super helpful too
