The Circle Hostel La Union

Since opening our first branch in San Felipe, Zambales in 2011, The Circle Hostel always has been more than just a place to stay. We embarked on this journey with a mission to help grow the local surf community, promote the backpacking culture in the Philippines, and create a vibrant platform for fostering connections and community through travel, surf, the arts, and a shared passion for protecting the environment. Over the years we opened up in Baler and La Union as well but only the La Union branch was able to survive the pandemic.

From our rustic roots of simple accommodations in traditional huts, we are now a boutique hostel that is designed to offer comfort and coziness, providing the perfect space to sleep and rest. What truly sets us apart and pay homage to our mission are our common areas. They are intentionally crafted to encourage interaction, creativity, and community building. Whether you’re lounging in our common rooms, joining a surf session, or participating in one of our many events, you’ll find countless opportunities to meet like-minded individuals and create lasting connections.
