Ayan Stay guesthouse offers homely, friendly accommodation less than a three-minute walk from Department Store in central Ulaanbaatar. It’s right next to the Beatles Statue, and is well placed for travelling to most areas in the city.

As well as dormitory bunk beds, it has private and dormitory rooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. All beds are extra-long, and there is a kitchen available for guest use with free tea, coffee, milk and cereal.
We are proud of our prime location and the great value. Private rooms or dorm beds are available. Guests enjoy free breakfast and great WiFi as well.
