When we checked in the manager was on the phone and didnt even bother to explain to us that we were actually sold a room in a different hotel nearby through Hi Termini. He sent us off with his non English speaking associate because apparently he was too busy to explain the situation for five seconds, but he managed to find the time to track us down at 19:00 and ask for more money because he miscalculated the city tax. Extremely unprofessional management. I would avoid this hotel.

wonderful locaion across from Roma Termini. All tour sites within walking, while exploring shops and eateries. really very secure ultra clean room mind was a private with bathroom. I was leaving 03/10 with a train strike. the owner blocked that nite for me if needed luckly didnt. 10 outta ten.

If you need a bed to sleep, a toilet and shower, and a locker to store your stuff, you can make this place work. It's not so much a hostel as it is an affordable place for a night's stay. Small, crowded rooms with beds, a couple bathrooms, and a small kitchen. The location is a plus being right across from Roma Termini, but that's about it. Would I stay here again? Maybe if I'm spending a night in liminal space before taking the train. But I sincerely don't think I could spend more than one night here.
