Hotel Paola is a short walk distance from main train station (Santa Maria Novella) and the city center (Duomo, Uffizi, Galleria Dell’ Accademia).

We offer rooms with 2, 3, 4, 5 beds.

Non-smoking rooms

You can choose to book a private room or a bed in a shared dorm, in any case, find a welcoming environment.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, bright and organized to respond to your needs. The rooms are provided with lockers, table, desk and reading lamp and sink. Everyone has their own set of keys for their room.

Our staff will be happy to share with you a lot of information about the city.

Daily cleaning,lockout from 10:00am to 14:00(only for dorm )

We are located on the 3rd Floor whitout elevator.

Cancellations Can Be Made Only via e-mail, at least 5 days BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE.

In case of No Show your credit card will be charged with the amount of the 100% of the reservation.

The city tax is not included ,1.5 Euro/person/night.

We accept ONLY CASH and all payments are done at arrival, and we do not serve the breakfast .

Property has the right to pre authorize the card. If card does not work, they will get in touch with you asking for a new one. If you fail to provide that information, the booking will be cancelled.
