Overall a very Quick stay. We had two nights at the san remo hostel, which was very close to a metro station that takes you directly to the city centre. There wasnt much to do in the area but we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying at the San Remo for a couple of nights.

The hostel is extremely frugal. The staff was nice and helpful - but I was perplexed to see how worn down and frugal the hostel was after reading all these raving reviews. There was no ac 1 just a fan.

As nice, friendly and polite as Chris (receptionist) was, I must say, this hostel is far from perfect. The bathrooms, the amenities and the cleanliness of the facilities are all rather poor. Yes, it is on the cheaper side, however, considering how poorly kept the facilities are here, you are better off paying that little extra and getting something a little tidier.
