The location is okay, a bit far from Palma center and the beaches, but reachable by car or bus. The staff was rude to me during our WhatsApp conversations, but they were very nice to me at the hostel. Everything seemed okay when I arrived, but then I became immensely disappointed. First of all, I had previously asked the staff about the cleaning after we heard there were bedbugs there, especially because my partner is allergic. They assured us via WhatsApp that nothing would happen. On our second night there, we saw bedbugs!!!! We told the staff, and they only said they would “clean” the room and offered us another one, so we moved. I went to a female dorm, and my partner went to my previous bed. The following night, I washed my bikinis and left them hanging on the hangers in the bedroom (once again, a FEMALE dorm) so they could dry. The other girls had done the same. I went to the beach, and when I came back to the hostel at night, MY BIKINIS WERE NOT THERE ANYMORE. I literally got ROBBED!!!! I asked the girls in my room, asked the staff, and nobody had seen anything. Nobody did anything. Nobody helped me. I literally had my bikinis STOLEN FROM MY OWN ROOM and NOTHING, NOTHING was done about it. And even when I talked to the staff, the cleaning man literally said, “hostel life, man.” HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE??? If that wasn’t enough, my boyfriend ALSO GOT HIS FLIP-FLOPS STOLEN the following morning. Same thing: he left the flip-flops on the floor of his bedroom, went to sleep, and when he woke up, they were gone. We BOTH had our belongings stolen. And once again, the staff did NOTHING. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. It’s honestly laughable. It’s also important to mention that the lights in the bedrooms are the worst I’ve ever experienced. You literally can’t see anything. Really poorly designed. Some of the sockets don’t work, so you can’t even charge your phone from your own bed. The bathroom smelled horrible, the showers had bad water pressure, and the common room during the early mornings was so hot that you couldn’t stay there without sweating. Also, our water got stolen from the fridge every day, even though we had written our names very big on the bottles. The only thing that made me happy about that place was getting to pet the cute dog at reception. To summarize: the worst hostel I’ve ever been to. Full of thieves and weird people. The hostel should at least warn customers about the thefts happening inside the rooms and be more concerned about the bedbugs issue. Only go to this place if your other option is sleeping on the street.

The hostel is in a very nice location with many bus stops nearby, so it's easy to go anywhere on the island. The rooms are quiet, clean and at a nice cool temperature. The kitchen was clean an well equipped and the bathrooms were cleaned regularly. Erick was a lovely person and made me feel most welcome! If you're there give Luna some pets. She's adorable!
