Camp at Kuro

Stepantsminda, is a small town in the Mtskheta-Mtianeti region of north-eastern Georgia. Historically and ethnographically, the town is part of the Khevi province. It is the center of the Kazbegi Municipality. Stepantsiminda is known for its scenic location in the Greater Caucasus mountains, and is a center for trekkers and mountain climbing. Local attractions include the Kazbegi Museum and Ethnographic Museum in town, and the Gergeti Trinity Church outside of town, as well as Mount Kazbegi itse. We offer different kind of attractions in Kuro Camping, such as: horse-riding, tours with car to the different places in this region.

10 minutes by waking from the Kazbegi city center you can visit Kuro camping. Kuro camping zone is located at an altitude of 1750 meters in Stepantsminda. There are tents, cafe-bar (with a really low prices for local alcohol and not only) and rooms where guests can spend a pleasant vacation. Visitors can enjoy with a admirable view of gorge of Daryal, Chkeri River Valley, Sameba Trinity Church and glacier. The property is not located in the city centre but after 10 minutes by walking you can easily reach supermarkets, restaurants, bars and touristic attractions as well such as: mineral water pool, Gergeti church, Gorge and waterfall.

Kuro Camping Zone offers comfortable two triple rooms with bedlinen included. There is working Bar with alcohol and non-alcohol drinks as well, we are offer snacks at Bar also. As for the shared tents we we provide sleeping bags and sleeping mattress. Prices are lower than usual prices in this region.
