Nomad House - Pondicherry

I was disappointed with the location, amenities, and facilities at Nomad House in Puducherry. While I understand that natural calamities are beyond anyone’s control, adequate backups should have been in place. There was no electricity and no food options available. Despite being assured that there was no waterlogging, my car was submerged up to the radiator. Additionally, the lighting was dim, which added to the discomfort of the stay.

Nomad House provides exceptional accommodation in Pondicherry. The well-maintained, clean rooms fostered a positive atmosphere. A strong emphasis on hygiene enhanced the comfort of my stay. Kevin and ayesha, the hosts, were exemplary, providing a welcoming and supportive environment. A key benefit was the opportunity to forge connections with fellow travelers, as the hostel's atmosphere is conducive to socializing and networking.

Nice hostel, only complaints is they take your passport from you as a deposit and also they’ve left the protective covers on the bed mattress so it’s really loud and uncomfortable. Free use kitchen and a nice chill out area. Overall good stay!
