There are multiple things wrong with this hostel: 1. Could only pay with cash, and didn’t have any change when I payed. I was told to come back later 2. Door has no lock 3. No room to safely store your luggage 4. The room has no security lockers, bed lights or trash can. 5. When checking out was asked for the key, that I hadn’t received. Checked out two days early, and could not get a refund 6. The “very official” system of the hostel is based on WhatsApp Don’t bother if in Rome!

We found bed bugs on our second night there :( The overnight staff member moved us to another room but we found more bed bugs there... If you stay here I'd suggest thoroughly checking your room. The staff on & the manager were really lovely and we did get a full refund, but it was still upsetting. There is also no ac which was unpleasant given how hot it was, and no locks on doors. The place is very convenient for sightseeing (metro in walking distance), but definitely be careful staying here.
