Oslo Youth Hostel Haraldsheim tilbyder en imødekommende atmosfære med usædvanligt venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Well set up hostel in the perfect location, breakfast was a hit. Big thanks to Rob and Jenna for all the effort they put in with the activities, will definitely be back soon. 😊

Well, service and facilities quite good. Though a bit expensive. Incident, I left my keys in shower room during shower. Following day I was my last day. In the morning during check out I informed it to reception. They replied, they haven't received any keys. Receptionist Paul broke my luggage key. My bus to Stockholm was in the evening, so luggage left at luggage room and went for city tour. Around 3/4 PM when back another receptionist was Bisho said, they received keys and it's in the drawer.

The room was very good and the staff very caring. The biggest problem is the layout: two buildings, not great signs (compound by construction).
