There were bed bugs in some the hostels beds! The ones who got bit were moved to a hotel, but those who slept in the same room just got moved to a different one, even though a lot of the beds probably were infested. They even got downgraded to a 8 person dorm instead of the 6 person one they booked. They tried pleading with the receptionist but he was giving everyone an attitude and didn’t help at all. I ended up moving to a different hostel, cause bed bugs are no joke

The cleaner opened our private room and left the door wide open all day and night. This was NOT a shared dorm. There was rubbish left down the side of the bed. The men’s toilet had no handle so couldn’t be used and the noise from outside is mental until about 4am. Yes it’s cheap and it’s central so I expect the noise. But doesn’t take a rocket scientist to clean a room. It’s the security of your stuff that’s my moan. No passports and the trip ends. Location is perfect though.

There are no shower curtains and better toilets would be nice! Overall cheap and decent - not much more to say
