Best Spot has been refurbished to a budget hostel, perfect for solo travelers or party group looking for low budget accommodation in the heart of Prague. There were bed bugs in some the hostels beds! The ones who got bit were moved to a hotel, but those who slept in the same room just got moved to a different one, even though a lot of the beds probably were infested. They even got downgraded to a 8 person dorm instead of the 6 person one they booked. They tried pleading with the receptionist but he was giving everyone an attitude and didn’t help at all. I ended up moving to a different hostel, cause bed bugs are no joke

What a shame the doors creaked a lot: no quiet escape to the toilet overnight… everyone in the dorm awake! Also the plugs/ usb ports didn’t work well… hard to charge phones/ power packs. Place is very clean- but old which is ok. Reception was supposed to be open 24/7 but we all individually had problems getting in- 4 of us thought we’d been scammed as there was no reply initially. Sorry these things bring the score down quite a bit. Otherwise: thank you!

The property is super weird, old, and not very clean. The bathrooms are really bad. They’re not only not very clean, but the showers also have no hangers or hooks, nowhere to put your clothes, shampoo, or soap. They don’t even provide soap inside the showers. At least the shower itself has good water pressure. The staff wasn’t very friendly either, just ok. Overall, it’s not a cool hostel with a nice vibe. The only really good thing is the location, very well located.
