The new JO&JOE-Vienna is a house that is open to everyone, our concept is not called OPEN HOUSE for nothing!

We offer you a cool and caring place, a mixture of hostel, hotel and party spot and for this reason a location that offers something for everyone! Each JO&JOE is directly integrated into the neighborhood and city life, offering various accommodation options, exciting activities like parties, live music, karaoke, gaming events, beer pong and much more, but also super tasty food and drinks for everyone! For this reason, we are the perfect place to get to know a city like Vienna, as we are a place where international travelers and locals meet, party and enjoy time and all this in the middle of the city, above the first inner-city IKEA in the world and all this for a great price!

We at JO&JOE believe that everyone should be able to travel in great conditions to explore the world and meet like-minded people!

Our concept at JO&JOE VIENNA is hereby as mentioned unique in the world! We share the new 'HÜS' at Vienna's Westbahnhof with the world's first inner-city IKEA and are located on the 5th and 6th floor, but also have a beer garden on our 1800m² roof terrace on the 7th floor with bars in converted shipping containers. Sounds amazing? Yes it is!!!

5th floor:
Here you will find the first proof why our concept is 'OPEN HOUSE'. You'll find our 24-hour reception, our bar with a huge bar and beer wall, our restaurant with national/ international specialities and our huge event area, which offers a variety of daily and weekly events (karaoke/live music/dj sets etc.). In this area, all Viennese and our guests are invited to enjoy their time and meet people from near and far!

6th floor:
Our Chill&Snack corner:
This area is exclusively reserved for our guests and only accessible with your key card. Here you will find our snack kitchen where you can prepare your own snacks and drinks, our huge pizza bed and our chill-out corner where you can spend time in peace to work, read or just enjoy your favourite Netflix series, no one will disturb you here!


7th floor:
Here you will find the largest, freely accessible roof terrace in Vienna with over 1800m², which offers a unique view over the rooftops of Vienna! On this huge, green rooftop with beer garden and 4 extraordinary shipping containers, there is always something going on, especially in the evenings! Our colleagues are just waiting here to spoil you with the finest drinks and food, so that the morning/lunch and especially the evening in Vienna will be indescribably beautiful!

JO&JOE Vienna Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 48 hours prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged for the first night of your stay.

Check-in from 15:00 to 00:00.
Check-out before 10:00.

Payment on arrival in cash or by card.
This accommodation may pre-authorise your card prior to arrival.

The property will charge an integrated comfort contribution of 0.55€ per person per stay.
Breakfast available.
24-hour reception.

All guests, including Austrian nationals and children, must provide government issued ID at check-in.

Guests with a local (Viennese) residence address will not be admitted.
No pets allowed.
No curfew.

Child friendly. Guests under 18 must stay in a private room and be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 1 stay free of charge in an extra bed. (only in private rooms)

Age restriction: Participants of group tours must be 16 years old. Participants under 18 years of age must be accommodated in private rooms and accompanied by an adult.

Should guests not comply with this regulation JO&JOE reserves the right, with reference to local regulations of the City of Vienna and the Austrian Tourism Act, to cancel the reservation.
