Located in Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai Panda Hostel offers convenient access to several key attractions. Just 1.8 km from Tha Pae Gate, 1.9 km from Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport, and 2.5 km from Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, the hostel is also less than 1 km from the city center and a short 10-minute walk from Chiang Mai Gate.

Accommodation options include a mixed dorm and a female dorm, both equipped with a curtain for added privacy, a locker, and a reading light. Private rooms feature a TV, fridge, and kettle.

The shared bathrooms provide hot water, a hair dryer, and amenities. Guests also have access to a microwave in their rooms for added convenience.

Nearby attractions include Wat Phra Singh, Chedi Luang Temple, and Three Kings Monument. Chiang Mai International Airport is just 3 km away.

9) A key deposit of 200 Thai Baht cash is required at check-in and will be refunded during check-out.
10) We are giving our air-conditioning a break from 10:00 - 19:00 for some room cleaning and to save a bit of energy.

Chiang Mai Panda Hostel har en fantastisk beliggenhed i den gamle bydel. Nogle gæster fandt sengene ubehagelige og bemærkede problemer med renligheden på badeværelserne. Gratis kaffe og kage tilbydes.

I made a booking and showed up the same day but the lady there said the room is already occupied and I don't have one. It was Dec31 and was very difficult for me to find another. Irresponsible behaviour. Foreigner was left on the street.

The owners were not friendly from the beginning, but after I checked out they were just so rude. I asked if I could leave my bags until 6pm and they agreed. At around 4pm I was near the hostel and I found out there was no one in reception and that my bags were left outside in the street!!! I called the owner asking for explanation and she basically hanged up on me. I have never experienced this lack of hospitality before. Very unprofessional and rude!

Honestly had there been other hostels available I would’ve gone somewhere else. The bathrooms were gross, the beds were the hardest I’ve ever slept on, and there’s no social vibe here. Only pro is that it’s in the old town- but even then it’s a little far from the action and where the other hostels are.
