I stayed at this hotel for one night and forgot my wireless buds on the charger in the room. I tried to contact the hotel multiple times after my departure—by phone, email, and social media—but never received any response.It’s extremely disappointing and unprofessional that no one from the staff bothered to follow up or even reply. I expected much better service and accountability from a hotel of this level. I’m very frustrated and completely dissatisfied with how this situation was handled.
