Pacific Waves Hostel & Surf Policy and Conditions:

Check out before 11.00

Thank you for your interest in staying with us. To ensure a pleasant and transparent travel experience, please take note of the following cancellation policy.

Deposit:

A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of confirmation.

Cancellations:

30 or more days in advance - No charge

Less than 30 days in advance - 30% of the deposit will be retained.

Modifications:

No charge - Modifications to the booking (such as arrival date, number of nights, etc.) made 30 or more days before the original date will incur no charge, subject to availability.

With charge - Modifications made less than 30 days in advance will be subject to the current rate at the time of modification, plus a penalty of COP 60,000. If there is no availability for the requested new date, the cancellation policy will apply.

No-show:

In case of no-show on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, only 30% of the deposit paid will be charged.

Payments:

The remaining balance of the booking must be paid upon arrival at the hostel.

Illness or Disability:

In case of illness or disability before the trip, the guest or their representative must notify us in writing via email and include a medical certificate confirming the incapacity. Pacific Waves SAS will reschedule the services for when the guest recovers, subject to availability. Failure to provide a medical certificate may result in the application of the corresponding penalties.

Bookings through platforms - Cancellations or modifications made through platforms are subject to the specific policies of each platform, which may differ from our policy.

Communication:

To ensure the information is updated in our system, we recommend confirming your booking and any modifications through our WhatsApp Business.
