Rest Up Hostel London primarily caters to youth, students and educational groups, backpackers and social travellers. Due to the nature of our triple/double bunk beds and the high-energy social environment, guests over 45 are required to book private accommodation.

Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and are permitted to stay in private rooms only.
