I had a great stay at Moonlight Surf Hostel. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help any time of the day. The bathrooms were always clean, and the hostel itself is cleaned regularly. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and nearby ATM facilities. The hostel also has a huge sitting area to relax and meet other travelers. The dorm rooms are comfortable with dual air conditioning, which was amazing after a hot day surfing. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Arugam Bay!

The hostel itself was very nice, felt authentic and had a lot of cool people. The owner and staff were very friendly, however my friends made very bad experience with the surf instructor - he got really mad and disrespectful.
