Mild Elephants Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 48 hours before the check-in date or within 24 hours of booking (unless you booked a non-refundable rate). In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged.

Check-in from 15:00.
Check-out until 11:00.

We charge a 10 euro deposit for damages and the key, deposit to be paid in cash.
Taxes not included (government tourist tax is 3.50 EUR per person per night).
Breakfast not included.

General:
Arriving late at night? Just ring our bell and our receptionist will open the door within a couple of minutes.
Age restriction: We do not accept people under 18 years old.
We do not accept stag, hen, birthday parties, or similar groups traveling to Bratislava just to get drunk, regardless of group size.
Groups of over 14 people are not accepted, even with separate reservations.
Guests must stay in their assigned bed; moving beds without staff approval will incur a fee equal to the current room rate.
Smoking inside the hostel results in a 120 EUR fine and immediate expulsion with no refund.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation or turn you away without refund if any policies are violated.
Bunk beds are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; we cannot guarantee a specific preference between upper or lower bunks.
