The property has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a small living room. The rooms are very large and bright. All rooms are furnished. Above all it is a very quiet guesthouse and the neighborhood is peaceful and safe.

The guesthouse is located in Northern Madrid, close to places like La Castellana, Bernabeu, Madrid Complutense University, Queen Victory, new ministries and the Plaza de Castilla.
