The cleaning of the rooms is done every day, from 9:30 onwards FREE. The wi-fi is available in all rooms FREE, Pets are not allowed. Children under 4 years stay FREE sleeping in parents' bed. FREE breakfast (UHT milk, biscuits single-dose, single-serve jams, 1cialda coffee). The booking confirmation involves ensuring the availability of the room in case of late arrival. It 'very important for us to know the exact time of arrival. The check-in is possible until 21:30, check-in after 21:30 will be charged 10 € after every 30 minutes. The B & B will not fetch any money from the credit card provided as guarantee at booking refundable. The B & B reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided before arrival.
Special rates and conditions may apply during special events and holidays. In case of early departure, for whatever reason, the stay will still have to be paid in full. In Case of Delayed arrival respect to agree dates for the stay, regardless from the grounds, the Agreed Fare for the night will still not be welded to Integer.
