- Minimum stay, payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply during special event periods such as New Years Eve.
- Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
- Check in from 15:00 to 23:00 .
- Check out from 11:00 to 11:00 .
- Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
- Taxes included.
- Breakfast not included - 10 AUD per person per day.

- No curfew.
- We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age without a parent/guardian.

- Government-issued photo ID and a credit card will be required to check-in. If you do not have a credit card, a $100 refundable cash bond per room is applicable on arrival.
