-REGULATIONS-

This is a smoke-free property. Guests found smoking in rooms or common areas will be fined up to 100 times the daily minimum wage, according to the General Law on Tobacco Control.

Excessive noise or disturbances inside or outside rooms are strictly prohibited. If another guest is affected and requests a refund due to the disturbance, the responsible guest will be charged an additional fee.

Any damage to the room, linens, furniture, décor, or other facilities will result in an extra charge.

Adhoc Boutique Barrio Antiguo is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items, or for any partial or total theft or damage to guest vehicles.

Items left behind in the rooms will be stored for 3 business days. To claim an item, the guest must contact us and present an ID. After this period, we are not responsible for the item.
