Vista Verde Lodge

The Vista Verde Resort is located in one of the most remote and primitive areas of the Monteverde region. Situated at the top of the hill, it has a commanding view of the Arenal Volcano from the large open terrace in front of the restaurant and bar.

The Arenal volcano is the second most active volcano in the world and at only a 10km distance, can be felt and heard as well as seen from the resort. The night time eruptions and lava flows are spectacular. At its base, Lake Arenal frames this Vulcan masterpiece. The entire resort lies within, and overlooks, the Monteverde Cloud forests.
