I stayed at this hotel, only used my card to pay the deposit online and payed the room fee and all purchases at the hotel in cash. A few hours after I left I got a notification that the hotel had charged me £30 without any explanation. When I tried to call the hotel the number had been disconnected, they don’t have an email address and have ignored my Facebook message. Scammers.

Breakfast is not included. It was a fight to get them to understand. Staff was not that friendly. The pool is wonderful. The beds and pillows super comfy. Location is easy to walk to Padang Padang beach and ulawatu beach. Renting a bike next door is easy too.

This property was beautiful & peaceful. I especially enjoyed the pool. It was very clean & refreshing after a hot day exploring the area. The property is only a 10 minute walk to Single Finns. There seemed to be some confusion in our booking as to whether or not breakfast was supposed to be included. The website said it was included but when we arrived to the property we were told it wasn't. Not a big deal & it definitely did not ruin my opinion of the property. But this should be cleared up.
