With full hearts we announce that we are arriving with our second hostel in Madrid. This time with a hostel that is more alternative, located in the progressive, hipster and Hygge district of the city. This neighborhood is a local favorite for its cool and hip vibes. Like our other hostels, we will be offering amazing experiences by combining the know-how, familiar warmth, friendly and family atmosphere of the hostel with the trendy vibes of the neighborhood - MALASANA.

In our hostel, you'll have the opportunity to experience the Onefam Chain Lifestyle, infused with its own unique personality. This distinctiveness is a result of our hospitality-focused team and our traveler souls blending with the authenticity of the local life offered by the area, along with convenient access by foot to the city's most emblematic attractions.

We guarantee that you will have an unforgettable time with us at our modern and brand new property. There is much we can share about our facilities, but instead of listing all the 'must-have' amenities we offer, we can assure you that you will love our 60m2 patio and the way we enjoy the sun, Spanish-style!

And, just like our other hostels in the chain, we offer: free family dinners, daily activities, nights out, gatherings, day trips, and more. You just need to come and discover it all!

Onefam Madrid Policies and Conditions:

This property has a 2 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. Cancellations must be by email.

Non-refundable rates: If your booking is non-refundable. We will charge the full amount at the moment. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will still be charged the full cost of your booking.

Standard Rates: Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. This property may pre-authorize your credit card before arrival. For credit card payment, we will charge the 4% of the booking.

Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions. In the event of a no-show, the total of the first night accommodation will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel any individual night of your reservation, then the deposit for that night will not be refunded or transferred.

We will send you a form by email before arrival to have a faster check-in, we will ask you to provide your passport details.

To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be through credit card or we can give you our bank details for direct deposit. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received.

- No curfew.

- Groups reservations, more than 8 people, please contact the hostel by email.

- Maximum stay: 7 days. It cannot be extended or re-booked (if you book more than 7 nights your booking will be cancelled, even if you make multiple bookings).

- If you arrive before check in time (2pm), you can drop your luggage and enjoy our facilities until your room is ready.
