The kitchen’s common room is inviting and great for meeting other travelers, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, I can't agree with the rest of the positive reviews. In my opinion, the dorms are overcrowded with beds, there aren’t enough plugs and you have to be lucky to find a free one that works. Some rooms lack windows, making the air stuffy. The showers are inconsistent—either too hot or (mostly) cold—and cleanliness leaves to be desired. Breakfast was okay overall.

the staff is nice and helpful! the rooms are nice, but there aren't plugs at every bed for charging the phone. it's easy to get in touch with people at breakfast or in the shared areas.
