Casa Lobo is a private rental that values peace and tranquility above all else. We are neither a hotel nor a hostel but a serene retreat for those seeking relaxation and privacy. Please note that we do not feature a reception desk or 24/7 on-site staff. We operate with full self-check-in, giving you the freedom and flexibility to enjoy your stay independently. Our cozy and homely environment offers a personalized experience that hotels simply cannot match. At Casa Lobo, serenity and quietness are our top priorities. As such, we do not allow parties or loud gatherings, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

Nestled in a lush garden with breathtaking views over Lake Atitlán, our sanctuary offers a peaceful setting to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with nature. Relax in our infinity pool while taking in the spectacular scenery. For a truly rejuvenating experience, book our natural wood-fired sauna for a small fee and let your worries melt away. Take a yoga or Tai Chi & Qi Gong class in our palapa with volcano views. Our communal outdoor kitchen invites you to cook, connect, and share moments with fellow travelers. Surrounded by vibrant flora and birdlife, it’s not uncommon to spot a beautiful hummingbird in our garden.

Please keep in mind that we are located a little outside of town, offering tranquility away from the busy center. The property is about a 30-minute walk from the dock of San Pedro La Laguna, and tuk-tuks pass by every few minutes, generally running from around 07:00 to about 22:00, typically costing around Q15 per person. If you need a ride outside these hours, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we can share contact details of local tuk-tuk drivers.

Cancellation Policy: Every booking is non-refundable. In case of cancellation or no show, you will be charged with the whole amount.

Check in is from: 03:00 pm (We offer an early check-in option, available only upon request and for an additional fee)
Check out before 11:00 am (We offer a late check-out option, available only upon request and for an additional fee)

Terms and Conditions:

- Full payment must be made within 48 hours of booking via credit or debit card, otherwise, the booking will be invalid
- No breakfast available
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is permitted only in a few areas
- Casa Lobo offers drinks at reasonable prices. Bringing alcoholic drinks from outside is not allowed.
- The public areas close at 09:00 pm.
- Please respect the privacy of other guests and keep noise to a minimum after 09:00 pm.
- The swimming pool is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- Access to our facility is exclusively reserved for booked guests. It is prohibited to bring visitors or additional guests onto the premises. Non-registered guests will be charged a fee of 35 USD per person.
- There are no available parking spaces in front of the accommodation. Guests may utilize nearby parking services.
- This property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility due to multiple stairways.
