Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

General:
24 hours reception.
No curfew.
Pet are not allowed.
Towels are provided free of charge in the Pod and Private room categories. In the dorms - towels are available for a surcharge.
Adults only in dorms and pods accommodation. Private rooms are family friendly for children older than 10 years old. We do not allow children under the age of 10 in our hostel.

Group policy:
Reservations for 9 or more people are considered to form a group booking and as such different cancellation policies and supplements apply. We do not accept larger groups of 17 or more people. Bachelor(ette) or similar parties are not permitted. Guests of a group reservation must be minimum 18 years of age. Damage deposit is required for groups. Breakfast must be included and pre paid. Cancellation is permitted up to 14 days prior to arrival. Pre Check In is mandatory. Violation of house rules may result in eviction from the premises without reimbursement. Failure to agree with policies may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
