Free cancellation if cancelled more than 3 days before arrival.
If you cancel within 72 hours of arrival, your deposit will not be refunded, and the total cost of the first night will be charged to your payment card.
For Deposit Only rates, failure to cancel at least 3 days in advance will result in a charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Non-refundable rates: If you cancel or do not show up, the full cost of your booking will be charged.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in: Between 3 PM and 10 PM.
IMPORTANT: We do not have a 24-hour reception. We need to know your arrival time to organize your entry and send you instructions. Please provide an estimated arrival time.
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.

In case of a failed payment, we will contact you. If there is no response within 72 hours, the booking will be cancelled.
