Save on travel costs without sacrificing comfort (or fun!). The Outback Lodge's shared hostel-style accommodation options are ideal for roaming backpackers and adventurers travelling light.

Guests have access to all Resort facilities, including swimming pool, onsite restaurants and lounges, a FREE Guest Activities Program, return Ayers Rock Airport transfers, and a free resort shuttle bus to get you to your next great adventure.

Guests can also relax and unwind in the communal common room, located behind the Outback BBQ & Bar, a comfortable shared space open daily from 6:00am to 10:00am.

Please note that guests must be 18 years or older to stay in shared dormitory rooms. Minors are not permitted in shared accommodations.

You get a great view of the Uluru from the lookouts and can enjoy the sunset. Unfortunately, the 20-bed rooms were a bit disappointing. The lockers for valuables were made of plastic and some were broken. The door to the man- dormitory was always open and, unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean either. The free activities were well chosen and great fun. A lot of the kitchen equipment was broken and the cooking boxes were incomplete. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay at Uluru.
