Hotel Machado Policy and Condition:

Cancellation Policy: 30 days before arrival.

Late cancellations (less than 30 days before check-in) incur a charge equivalent to the first night per room.

Original proof of payment must be presented upon arrival; otherwise, the deposit will not be valid.
No refunds for cancellations. Date changes must be requested at least 30 days in advance, and are only valid from Sunday to Thursday during low season, within one year from the deposit date.
A refundable deposit of $200 MXN per room is required at check-in.
Group bookings: A monthly payment plan can be arranged. 50% of the total stay must be paid at least 30 days before arrival. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
Remaining balance must be paid at check-in in cash or by Visa/Mastercard. Bank transfers must be made at least 24 hours in advance on business days.
