Between November 15th and March 15th We are closed for monsoon season
Genting can be reached by ferry from Mersing, Cataferry or Bluewater Ferry. Please make sure the ferry you book stops at Genting!
Genting has no ATM

Cancellation Policy’s;
Cancellation/no-show within a 30-day window of stay will result in the charge of the full booking amount
We are happy to amend or change any bookings, please contact us.

Tourist Tax;
Malaysian tourist 3RM per room, per night (dorm exempt)
Foreign tourist 13RM per room, per night (dorm exempt)
