The Dugong Comedy Club Open Mic Night

If you’re curious about comedy or just want to enjoy some laughs, The Dugong Comedy Club Open Mic Night offers a relaxed space to do both. This weekly event invites anyone to take the stage, whether you’re sharing a funny story, testing new jokes, or performing a full routine. It’s held every Tuesday evening at The Lounge Bar, and there’s no cost to watch or perform. The vibe is welcoming, making it easy to feel comfortable whether you’re a seasoned comic or stepping up for the first time. The event’s charm lies in its mix of fresh voices and familiar faces, creating a genuine sense of discovery as you hear different styles and perspectives. You might find yourself rooting for new performers or chuckling along with regulars who know how to work the room. It’s a great way to spend an early evening, especially if you enjoy comedy that’s unpolished and spontaneous. Sharing those moments with others who appreciate humor adds a subtle warmth to the experience.
