Animanie Film Festival

If you’re curious about the creative work of young animators and game designers, the Animanie Film Festival offers a unique window into their world. This event showcases a lineup of animated films made by talents up to 26 years old, from Czechia and beyond. Along with screenings, you’ll find workshops inviting you to try your hand at animation and gaming, plus talks exploring the craft and ideas behind the scenes. It’s a chance to see fresh perspectives and innovative storytelling in a relaxed setting. Beyond watching films, the festival creates space for hands-on experiences and thoughtful conversations. Whether you’re into the technical side of animation or storytelling, the workshops and debates add depth to what you see on screen. The game zone offers a playful break where you can engage with interactive creations, making the event lively and varied. It’s a great fit if you enjoy exploring new creative forms and meeting others who share that interest.
