Golec uOrkiestra

Golec uOrkiestra’s SYMPHOETHNIC project blends traditional Polish folk music with contemporary sounds, brought to life by a full symphony orchestra. You’ll hear a mix of instruments, from Żywiec bagpipes and folk flutes to the rhythms of Wataha drummers and a highlander women’s choir. This large-scale performance creates a vibrant fusion that highlights the band’s roots while exploring new musical territory. It offers a chance to experience something both familiar and fresh, especially if you enjoy folk traditions with a modern twist. The show’s mix of ethnic musicians and classical arrangements creates a dynamic flow that keeps you engaged throughout. You might be drawn to the intricate layering of sounds or how the orchestra complements the folk elements without overpowering them. Whether you come with friends or fellow music lovers, the event invites you to share a moment of cultural expression. It’s a celebration of heritage and innovation that feels lively yet heartfelt.
