If you enjoy drawing and have an interest in wildlife, this workshop offers a focused introduction to the scratchboard technique. You’ll work step-by-step to create detailed illustrations of local species, learning how to layer light and dark to give your artwork depth and realism. The process encourages patience and attention to detail, making it a rewarding way to engage with Portugal’s natural diversity. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this hands-on session provides clear guidance throughout. Beyond just technique, the workshop invites you to observe nature more closely, sharpening your eye for subtle textures and forms. It’s a quiet, immersive experience that suits anyone who appreciates both art and the outdoors. You might find yourself sharing tips or admiring others’ progress, but the focus remains on your own creative journey. By the end, you’ll have a unique piece that reflects your growing connection to the natural world.
