The Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade

The Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade lights up Fort Lauderdale’s waterways with around 100 boats decked out in dazzling holiday decorations. Known as the "World’s Most Decorated," this parade has been a December highlight for over five decades. You can find a spot along the New River or Intracoastal Waterway to watch the procession of illuminated vessels glide by under the night sky. It’s a festive way to enjoy the season, whether you’re with friends or simply soaking in the local tradition. Beyond the impressive displays, the parade offers a chance to experience a unique blend of creativity and community spirit. The variety of boats, from sleek yachts to charming smaller crafts, keeps the scene lively and engaging throughout the evening. You might find yourself chatting with fellow spectators or simply appreciating the effort that goes into each float’s design. It’s an event that invites you to slow down and enjoy a sparkling moment by the water.
