Top Events Zagreb, Croatia

Zagreb truly comes alive outside, especially when the warmer weather invites everyone onto the streets and into the parks. The city's event scene often revolves around its open-air spaces, offering a chilled-out yet creative atmosphere. From impromptu music sets in hidden courtyards to full-blown street art festivals transforming neighbourhoods, there's always something different happening. In 2026, Zagreb has around 113 events to explore, many of them embracing the city's love for public gatherings and creative expression.
Joining the local crowds for an evening concert in the Upper Town, or checking out a pop-up market, means you're really experiencing Zagreb's relaxed pace. Hostels in the centre put you right near the action, making it easy to stroll to whatever's on. Staying in hostels keeps things budget-friendly and close to the action, and meeting other travellers is half the fun – you might even find your next event crew through the Hostelworld app. Zagreb in 2026 is all about soaking up those outdoor vibes.
