Bright, clean, ideal for young people. Not suitable for those who like to spend the day at home. Location very close to the centre: Metro, Tram and Bus stops 200 m away. Small breakfast available free of charge. Fridge, kettler, microwave and cutlery avalaible ON REQUEST. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CANNOT COOK , NO KITCHEN USE. The house is located on the first floor and overlooks a NO CARS AREA full of bars, bistros and restaurants and in the evening it turns into a crowded and seductive nightlife

Very close to the centre (2 km fron Colosseum): Metro Line C, Tram 14 - 5 - 19 and Bus 85, 105 stops are located 200 m from the house. The two of us are very helpful and cooperative.
If you want to stay more than 6 nights please ask.

House Rules: it is not allowed to receive people in the house nught and day; kitchen is not available but living room and fridge yes (if you need cutlery or crockery please ask), if you are a smoker one cigarette at evening it is allowed (just one!);
Please do not scream in the building stairs when you come home.

Cancellation Policy: 15 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation you will be charged the first night of your stay. In case of No Show you will be charged of the entire stay price.

Check in from 14.00 to 19.00 (It is possible to have a late check-in for € 20,00)
