Room was dirty, they didn’t provide handsoap in any of the bathrooms and when we asked for it, they said we could buy it ourselves if we really needed it. The temperature outside was below freezing, and the rooms are freezing cold with no insulation and no heat. You can rent a heater for your room for extra money but it barely even worked.
