Experience a different way of staying in Lisbon at our recently-renovated apartments.
Located right in the heart of Alfama - the most authentic neighborhood in Lisbon. The apartments are located in a traditional villa, accessible through a pretty and calm courtyard, that still endure since at least XVIII century. Booking includes towels, linens, coffee machine, tea, tours info, maps and every utility to make you discover Lisbon with all the home comfort. It will be a luxury to take a coffee at the window with a view over the Portuguese mansard roofs.
- Cleaning fee of 20€ not included.

The hostel was so welcoming and beautiful! It was nice also that you were able to use the facilities at the other hostels so as if you were in the center of the city, there was always quiet place to go where to chill out. Alfama is situated in more residental area and up the hill (use the tram!!!), but it suited me very well as it was quieter and more peaceful than in the center. Also a lot of important sights and a loads of wonderful restaurants are just few steps away.

The apartment was great! it had a gorgeous view and was clean, so overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were sometimes hard to reach. However when I finally reached them, they were very friendly.

There were cockroaches coming out from the bathroom every evening. Their policy in hostelworld states a 20 euro cleaning fee, we were charged 60. When talking on the phone with the representative from the hotel they said that was the standard charge and they clean the "whole apartment". Its a 12 meter square flat, there really is not much to clean and it wasn`t particularly clean either. Some things can be excused as its an old building but cockraches and ripping off can not.
