Trying to offer the best possible comfort to our visitors, we have available the facilities that go to meet the current needs, such as:

Reception open from 10am until 10pm and located on the 2nd floor
Reception accept payments trough cash, credit card and debit card
We have mixed and female shared rooms and also private ones.
A fine for damaged property can be asked starting at 5€
Free wi-fi in common areas and bedrooms
Daily cleaning of rooms and common areas
Non-smoking rooms
Individual lockers with key for guest
Female room has a key for each guest feel safer
Each bed has a reading light and plug for laptops and mobile phones
8 shared toilets
Kitchen for small meals
TV in the Lounge

Check-in starting at 2pm
Check out until 12pm
Late Check-in - If you arrive between 10pm and 10am, please inform us through email or phone so we can be ready to help your check-in
We can store your bags if arrival is before check-in time
Breakfast can be requested in advance for the next day for a price of 4€
The hostel contains a mounts-load to help you bring your luggage, always send a message or inform the reception if you need help with heavy luggage

For the safety of our guests we always ask:
Valid Identificant with photo. Passport or for members of European Union can be accepted id, resident permit or drive license
We do not accept pets
Minimum age 18 years

City Fee = 4€ / per person / per night until a maximum of 7 nights in a row

Our shared dorms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Perfect for a good night of sleep as well to meet new friends from all over the world.

We are 5 minutes away from downtown and located in a very central avenue that has a multicultural feeling. Here you can find a lot of typical Portuguese and multicultural shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, pharmacies, barbershop, laundry, 24 hours shop with snacks and drinks and mini-markets. Seven Hills is at the heart of Lisbon. You will only spend a ride by car of 10 minutes from the airport,10 minutes from Sta. Apolónia Train Station and 15 minutes long from Oriente Station. We are 5 minutes away from a child hospital (Estefânia) and a main public hospital (S. José).

Hostel Seven Hills Policies and Conditions:

Check in from 14:00 until 21:30.
Check out before 12:00.
Reception is available from 10:00 until 22.00

In case of a late check-in, please contact us in advance.

Cancellation policy: 72 hours before arrival. From this point on, the card provided to Hostelworld will be charged the full amount of the reservation. If payment is declined on the card and the guest does not resolve the situation within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.If the guest makes the reservation on the same day as check-in, if the credit card does not work, we will inform you and you will have a maximum period of 2 hours from that moment to make full payment for the reservation, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.

Taxes not included. Payment required at the reception by card or cash. City Fee = 4€ / per person / per night until a maximum of 7 nights in a row.

Breakfast can be requested in advance for the next day for a price of 4€

If you will arrive between 22:00 and 10:00 , please let us know in advance trough email or phone contact to help you during your check-in.

No curfew, but silence rule after 22:00.
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
