Utopia Guesthouse sits quietly just behind Tranquilo restaurant & beach bar, Perissa main hub for travellers backpackers ,free spirits and locals..Its a short barefoot walk from the beach, passing through trees and our small organic farm. Close enough to the sea to hear it breathe, far enough from the tourist noise to forget it exists.

The building is one of the village’s oldest, once a traditional Greek hotel, patiently waiting for a second life....

That life arrived in 2015, when the Tranquilo project adopted it and gave it a new purpose, brought the space back to life, keeping its soul intact and reshaping it into a colorful artistic hostel

Simple rooms, shared dorms, all with balconies and views to the garden, the mountain or the sea.. A place designed less for luxury and more for clarity. Enough comfort to rest well, enough emptiness to feel free....

Utopia has quietly become a refuge for musicians, artists and wandering souls from all over the world. Hammocks sway under trees, yoga mats unroll at sunrise, a small gym waits for willing bodies. Ideas float easily here. Sometimes retreats happen, sometimes songs are written, sometimes nothing happens at all — which is kind of the point.

It's the ideal spot to discover the island and also offers a good chance to explore yourself.

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival.
In case of no-show or late cancellation, the property will charge the full amount of the remaining balance.
