Welcome to Utopia. Our lodging is the most recent entry to our complex that includes Tranquilo vegetarian restaurant and our organic farm. The building itself is one of the oldest standing in Perissa beach, build in 1984 as a traditional family Greek hotel. Unfortunately it has been closed for 10 years. Two years ago our team fully refurbished it and gave it an artistic touch, respecting the original vibe.

We are located in southern Santorini Island, in Perissa Beach. From our facilities you can reach some of the most relevant landmarks of our city such as Santo Wines Winery, Ancient Thira, the Old Port of Fira or the amazing views from Perissa, Oia, Fira and other small spots of our marvellous island.

We have several types of accommodation options to suit the needs ans wishes of different kind of travellers and guests. Our facilities are superb, with sheets and towels, free public parking, free Wi-Fi and internet access throughout the hotel, air conditioning, hairdryer in most of the rooms, safety box, coffee & tea amenities, bicycle/motorcycle/car hire in our reception desk, wheelchair accessibility, yoga classes and massages (upon request).

In case of no-show or late cancellation, the property will charge the full amount of the remaining balance.
