Macondo Inn is a culture Hostel for travelers who want to find peace of mind, comfort and friendliness. In our coffee bar we offer a schedule of concerts reeading club. The hostel has very nice comfortable common spaces.

Macondo Inn is located in the town of Carmen de Viboral, in eastern Antioquia, just thirty minutes from the International Airport of Rionegro, forty minutes from the beautiful tourist town of Guatape and one yahour from the city of Medellin.

We have shared rooms/ bathrooms of four beds and private rooms private bathrooms.

Payment upon arrival by cash.

I had an Excellent experience, The hostel has beautiful and well-maintained facilities, and the staff were incredibly friendly and had the most amazing customer service, the town is lovely, and the hostel’s very central location makes it perfect for exploring and enjoying everything nearby. I Highly recommend it for everyone ✨ ✨✨❤️

Great location close to everything in El Carmen, friendly staff, and clean room. The hostel is located behind a cozy cafe, where you can hang out and play some board games or have coffee or another drink. All the staff members we interacted with were very nice, and they even gave us breakfast in the morning, which was a nice surprise. I would recommend staying here to anyone going to El Carmen who wants to be within walking distance of everything and is looking for an affordable place to stay.
